Now, onto the good stuff: Tell us about the rooms. The hotel’s Riverview Ballroom is a popular wedding venue, so weekends are often filled with wedding guests. Who else is staying here? City-dwelling couples out for a weekend in the country. It’s also at the edge of Bridge Street, which is lined with antique shops, funky shops, and cafés. It is a great place for a celebration as the ambience is excellent as were the unique cocktails. The menu was ideal for the event since my son loves oysters and they were the special appetizer.
